I've listed bits and pieces of scripts that all work together to perform miscellaneous, integral functions of the game. To be exact, (from right to left) this is how the timer and its display are handled, how trigger collision with collectibles/hazards are handled and applied to the player (highlighted in red arrow), and the bulk of the 2.5D Movement script!
